Shipping Information
We ship all orders from Calgary, Alberta using Stallion Express or Shopify Shipping, and we always aim for the most cost-efficient shipping method - including tracking where possible. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Flat-Rate Shipping
We charge a flat $5 shipping fee on all orders across Canada and the United States unless otherwise stated in promotional offer during checkout.
We’ll cover any additional shipping costs, and tracking is included whenever reasonably available.
Delivery Time
Estimated shipping time:
2–8 days (Canada & USA).
10-20 days (Everywhere else)
This is based on business days - not calendar days.
Tracking details will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to begin showing.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and handling fees upon delivery. These charges are assessed by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Jimmies Footwear has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Returns & Exchanges
Not quite right? No problem.
We offer 90-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Packed in the original mesh and plastic bag
Return Shipping Fee:
Customer is in charge of all postage for returns/exchanges
Refunds are processed within 3–5 days after we receive your returned item.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, let us know.
We’ll work with the carrier to investigate or offer a replacement if eligible.
