Shipping Information

We ship all orders from Calgary, Alberta using Stallion Express or Shopify Shipping, and we always aim for the most cost-efficient shipping method — including tracking where possible. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Free Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated during a promotional offer at checkout.
Tracking is included whenever available, and we cover all additional shipping costs.

Delivery Time

Estimated shipping time: 2–8 days (Canada & USA).
This is based on calendar days - not business days.
Tracking details will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to begin showing.

Returns & Exchanges

Not quite right? No problem.
We offer 90-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be:

- Unused and in original condition
- Packed in the original mesh bag or box

Return Shipping Fee:

Customer is in charge of all postage for returns/exchanges
Refunds are processed within 3–5 days after we receive your returned item.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, let us know.
We’ll work with the carrier to investigate or offer a replacement if eligible.
