I just returned from two weeks backpacking in the Sierra Nevada mountains and these were awesome. I love that they are adding a heal strap. I used a little shock cord to make my own strap. I think they’re great as slides but my high arches have never worked great with slides. The heal strap was a game changer. They are built very well and I saw no noticeable wear after abusing them for a while. The sole is light but sturdy and I had no issues with feeling the ground or sticks/rocks while walking around camp. If you’re on the fence about trying these jump off and just buy them. I’m very happy with mine.

I ordered a pair of camp shoes, excited to put them to use on my next hike. The order came quickly which added to my excitement. I unzipped the bag, pulled the sandals out only to find one of the buckles was broken.
I reached out to Jimmies. They asked for a video and within a day, replied they were sending a replacement pair. Amazing!
If you’re on the fence about ordering from them, DO IT! Everything about my interaction with Jimmies has been outstanding.

Compact, clean, easy to use. Makes going to the gym or public showers so much better. You can tell the quality is better than cheap dollar store sandals.
